The parish church of Saints Stephen and Lawrence stands in Adnet, a village in the Hallein district of Salzburg. It sits on the valley floor south-east of the village, surrounded by a cemetery. The church is a protected monument and belongs to the Hallein deanery in the Archdiocese of Salzburg.

The church’s history goes back to 745, when it was first recorded. The late-Gothic building was enlarged in 1706 with a northern aisle. After a fire in 1890 destroyed the tower and roof, the interior was completely renewed. A major restoration in 1977 repaired the outside, while the inside was restored in 1972.

Inside, the three-bay nave has ribbed vaulting on polygonal piers. The choir, with its five-sided end and net-ribbed vault, dates from the early 16th century. A marble pulpit from the same period and an 1891 organ by Albert Mauracher remain notable features. The church also contains side altars with figures of local saints and several 18th-century gravestones. Outside, the cemetery entrance bears a 1520 relief of the martyrdom of Stephen.
